| Sunplus Monthly Sales Report - June 2010 |

| Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan, July 07, 2010 - Sunplus Technology Co., Ltd. ("Sunplus" or "the Company") (TAIEX: 2401, LSE: SUPD) today announced that monthly net sales for June 2010 totaled NT$526 million, a decrease of 11.39% compared to last month and 10.67% compared to the same month in 2009. The sales of Multimedia ICs for June 2010 was NT$514 million, which decreased 11.27% compared to last month and 10.15% compared to the same month in 2009.
Net sales for January through June 2010 totaled NT$3,426 million, an increase of 28.90% compared to the same period in 2009.
